Landlords No More
So as of this past Friday, we officially sold my condo that I lived in during graduate school, so we are no longer landlords. I must say that feels pretty good! It was a bit of a bitter sweet sale, as that was the first place I ever owned all on my own, but it sure is a relief to no longer have the additional responsibility...I think that trumps the nostalgia by a mile!!!

Well, disregard that last comment. The Blogger clock seems to be off a little, since it is 7:28 and not 4:28. I thought your posting was very early in the morning, hence the joke about Insomnia. Jokes aren't funny when you have to explain them. Or when they are really bad, like that one. AB
Ok,I admit I didn't get the joke at first, but after the second comment it did make me smile. So mission accomplished!
